It was one very quickly and efficiently. The owner and workers were very professional and Knowledgeable. All old equipment was removed. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I keep coming back because I am always very pleased with their service and honest advice. They stand behind their work and will respond. even months later, if an issue or a question arises. Tom Mull's staff are very professional, a pleasure to work with and responsive to the CDC/Covid precautions.

When my water heater died I called a bunch of places, and nobody could make it out until the following week. A friend at work recommended Mull Bros. I spoke to Tom, and within 30 minutes an expert was at my house putting in a new tank. They are so friendly and nice, and you can see they love their work. I would definitely hire them again.

Outstanding example of what an Angie's List "super service" provider should be like. I chose this company on the basis of the "super service" designation, and I wasn't disappointed. These folks (1) return phone calls, (2) show up on time, (3) have reasonable prices, (4) demonstrate competency, and, (5) accommodate customers' schedules. This is not to mention the fact that they're pleasant and friendly. Carlos, the service tech that worked on my AC, couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Mull Brothers, and thank you Angie's List.

Mull Brothers gave us an estimate on installation of central air conditioner in our old home. Their price was slightly higher than some competitors (although not by very much), so we didn't end up using them. However, I was very impressed with Mr. Mull's visit. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and gave me great information without using any high-pressure sales tactics. I will probably contact them again in the future for my next project.

The overall experience was good. However, when we called them back for the one-year check they serviced it but indicated that we live too far away and they can't continue to service the equipment. They suggested that we find someone more local.

John was outstanding! He meticulously diagnosed the problem and installed the equipment after tracking it down at 2 local supply houses. He kept us informed every step of the way and worked diligently until the work was completed. This is the second time we've asked Mull Bros. to perform a service at our house. We received excellent service both times. Mull Bros. is a highly professional company that has exceeded our expectations.

I had an ancient gravity fed gas boiler that was way overdue for replacement. I also had a separate gas water heater that was getting older. Tom Mull, the owner, came by and proposed a solution to replace both at a reasonable price. The crew that installed the system was very professional. They showed up when they said they would and finished in the timeframe promised. They also left my basement broom clean. I would highly recommend you consider using Mull Brothers.
